Kevin
C. Caraccioli earned his Juris Doctor degree from
Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts
after he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Potsdam,
where he lettered in ice hockey. He is a member of the New York
State Bar Association, the Oswego County Bar Association, as well
as several other professional associations. He has served the community
in a number of leadership positions including President of the Oswego
County Bar Association, the Oswego Rotary Club, and Literacy Volunteers
of Oswego County. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the City
of Oswego Charter Revision Commission. He currently chairs the Planned
Giving Committee for Oswego Health and serves as legal advisor to
the Friends of Oswego County Hospice, Inc. Mr. Caraccioli concentrates
his practice in the areas of business, municipal and real estate
law, in addition to his work as attorney for the Departments of
Social Services in Oswego and Jefferson Counties.
Allison
J. Nelson earned her Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse
University College of Law after she received her Bachelor of Arts
degree from SUNY Geneseo, where she lettered in tennis. She is a
member of the New York State Bar Association and the Oswego County
Bar Association where she serves as President. She is affiliated
with a number of local organizations including the stakeholder committee
for the Oswego County Business Plan and Literacy Volunteers of Oswego
County, Inc. She previously served on the Board of Directors for
Oswego County Housing Development Council, Inc. and Greater Fulton
Chamber of Commerce. In addition to her work on the Oswego County
Family Treatment Court and the Oswego County Family Model Court,
she also received recognition as a recipient of the Oswego County
Business Magazine’s “40 Under 40” award in 2004.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nelson clerked with the Oswego County
District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Nelson concentrates her practice
in the areas of municipal law as well as real estate and estate
planning and also serves as an attorney for the Departments of Social
Services in Oswego and Jefferson Counties.
