Norman
W. Seiter, Jr. began practicing law in 1974 in the Town of Mexico.
In 1989, Kevin C. Caraccioli joined his practice as a law clerk
and then became an associate of the firm. In 1999, the partnership
Seiter & Caraccioli was formed, and a branch office was opened
in the City of Oswego broadening its ability to serve client needs
throughout Oswego County.
In 2003, Norman
W. Seiter, Jr. was elected to the New York State Supreme Court,
and the firm changed its name to Caraccioli & Associates, PLLC.
And in 2007, Allison Nelson was promoted to partner, thus the firm
name changed again to Caraccioli & Nelson, PLLC. Today, Caraccioli
& Nelson, PLLC represents clients from its two Oswego County
locations in the City of Oswego and the Town of Mexico.
The
firm’s staff includes attorneys, law
clerks, legal assistants and secretarial positions. The firm is
equipped with the latest technology providing the most recent, accurate
and cost-effective research methods to its clientele.
